I am still having some Pelvic Pain so I wasn't able to come to work last night. I am still not sure if I can come to work tonight, still. I don't think it will right to do some workout today but I will do some stretching specially on my lower body.
I also need to focus on eating less amount of food so I won't gain weight despite of less body activities. I need to eat more on veggies and fruits and less carbs to make sure that my body won't accumulate extra weight and fats. I wish my pelvic pain will go away later today so I can go back to work tonight.
