Guilty For Skipping Exercise


I feel too sleepy and tired but I need to do my abs exercise with at least 30 minutes dancing since I can't run at the gym due to the pain on my knees. Geee, I feel so tired and I still need to tidy up the kitchen.

I am trying my best not to skip any of my daily exercise routine because I have done so many skip days for the last three weeks. I need to lose about 10 more pounds by summer and I don't care how my face will look after.

Losing More Weight For BMI


Another strike of emotional chaos the hits my laziness but at least, I was able to do my exercise plans for the whole week. And I also avoided eating too much carbohydrated that makes me fat. I just need to start being more focus because I need to lose 10 more pounds before summer, as my BMI tells.

I actually need to lose a minimum of about 2 pounds to reach the normal BMI and with the maximum of 40 pounds. But I don't want to look skinny so I thought losing another 10 pounds will be healthy for me.

Trying To Lose Weight For Summer


I really had a bad diet last week as I ate mostly of foods rich in carbohydrates. So I will make sure to eat right this week. I want to lose a little bit more weight for summer. Although I still have a lot of time for this goal, I want to make sure that I am not going to gain more weight in preparation for summer.

Funny, but someone asked me if I am still trying to lose weight and I said "NO"... No at this time but I will lose more before summer. It's by eating food rich in fiber and increasing the time for fitness.

Dancing With Worries


I am having some emotional disturbances but I tried my best to complete my Latin Dance workout. I promised myself that whatever happen, I will try my best to continue doing what I have been doing for my beauty, family and health.

It was hard for me dancing while my heart is breaking, and I can't give my best energy into it but I then, I was able to finish it all.

I don't know how long will I carry this in my heart. But I hope God is listening to me. Please don't make it worst!!!

Sexy Dancing Workout Week


I am done with my Hip Hop Dancing week, and I am now on my Sexy dancing week. Although, I skipped few days of my Hip Hop Dancing, but I am glad that I was able to do all the Hip Hop Dnacing Dvds that I prepare for the whole week. However, I skipped some abdominal workout so I will make sure to do it all this week.

This week is my Sexy Ddancing week and I will make sure to do all the workout dvds that I preapre for the whole week, including all the abdominal workouts that goes with it.

I am suppose to go back with my Kickboxing Workout, but I decided to do another dancing week to keep my body working on different moves, before I go back to Kickboxing week again.

What I love about Sexy Dancing is that, the moves focus more on my core area which is my problem areas, while doing a slow but effective cardio workout.

I am not sure if I can run at the gym because my knees still hurt. So I will make sure to put extra hour on each abdominal workout days.

I am so happy to look at myself on pictures because I really look different losing a lot of weight.

Loose Smallest Jeans


I started my Hip Hop Dancing workout for this week. I was suppose to do my 45 minutes Hip Hop Dancing this morning but unfortunately, I was so pre-occupied with working on the papers that I will need for the workshop.

I will just do the 45 minutes Hip Hop Dancing plus 20 minutes abdominal exercise tomorrow morning to cath up.

I am so happy because even if I have been skipping a lot of days to do my workout, I am still loosing weight. The smallest size jeans that I bought are loose. I am so freaking happy!!!
