Dancing For Mental And Emotional Healing

I finally did my 50 minutes dance exercise using the "Just Dance" dvd by Petra Kolberg and then I had the 15 minutes workout From Tamille abs workout dvd. I will really make it to the point to do more ab workout to tone my waist and ab area. I will do about 20 to 30 minutes exercise every other day and the rest are dancing.

Dance exercise is more than just exercise. There are some kind of menatl and emotional healing as I follow the steps. I forgot some stressful things while dancing and relxes my mind after my workout. Soaking to a hot bath salt is an added healing for stress. Try it and you'll find yourself rejuvinated.
