Can't Workout Due to Pelvic Pain


I didn't do my scheduled workout for yesterday and last Sunday, because of the pain on my pelvic area. I am still having some pain but I will still do the scheduled workout for today which is only 20 minutes abdominal workout, then I will just add some pelvic exercises after.

I hope it will get better but if not, I might call my doctor to set an appointment. I need to do my workout or I will have a hard time catching on the schedule. I have been eating a lot during my vacation so I need to burn those extra calories.
