I had 15 minutes walk with my Dog and 20 minutes walk alone then I followed my 30 minutes abs workout video with about 5 minutes stretching.
For my meal, I ate beef with one big piece of tomatoe and 3 clemetine when I get home from work. I don't do diet at work because it's pretty hard due to a lot of foods around. But I always make sure to eat in moderation so I can continue loosing pounds. I just make sure I eat more food rich in fiber and do more activities to speed up the burning of calories and fats. And of course, drink a lot of water.
