I didn't do my regular routine exercise in our basement today, but I did some outdoor exercise instead. I walk my dog for 15 minutes and walk for about 40 minutes from our house to Canada Post Office to ship one sample order. Then I did about 8minutes stretching.
I didn't eat rice when I come home from work but eat pasta instead, with chicken and a one big tomatoe. Then about 3 small clementine to finish my meal. I also didn't forget to drink a lot of water specially after my outdoor exercise. I have to loose weight faster for summer.
