I am loosing weight and I am still hoping and working hard to loose about 3 more pounds before the end of this month, despite of some emotional problems I am going through.
I am emotionally struggling but I try to keep myself focus on eating the food that my body needs to help me loose weight. I am also trying my best to keep focus on doing my daily exercise at least 30 minutes a day focusing on abs.
