Loose Clothes But Not Loosing Weight

I walk my dog today for about 15 minutes. it was windy and chili outside so I didn't feel any sweat. I also did my 30 minutes upper body exercise. I feel good after.

I also made sure to include tomatoe and red bell pepper on my diet today to help speed my metabolism.

I am not very happy to look at the weighing scale however, my clothes feel loose which makes me feel good. This mean that I am loosing fat. However, I still need to loose weight by reducing the high calorie food intake and take more food rich in fiber.
