Well, I ruined all my diet plan since Tuesday so I didn't lose the weight that I planned. However, at least I lost the weight that I gained from all the holidays parties. All I need is to lose the 5 lbs that gained since last summer. It's frustrating to have this extra weight for that long. It's getting into my self-confidence. So I really need to lose these weight before my vacation in the Philippines on February.
Adding lettuce on most of my diet meals is giving my arthritis so I need to eat fruits instead and lesser carbs to lose weight. I dont think I can add more time on my workout because the time I am spending on my workout is already too much for my busy life. I just need to focus on my eating habits.

I lost 4 pounds and I gained 1 pound again because of the ruined diet last Tuesday night at the get together Christmas party at my friends house. Plus the uncontrolled eating of carbohydrates yesterday and no exercise as well. I will make sure not to eat any carbs and to do my workout today. I need to lose weight!!
I am thinking of starting the 7 days diet again from the start tomorrow to make sure that I will lose enough weight before I go back to work. I seriously need to lose weight before I have my vacation in the Philippines on February

Despite the fact that my mind is flying with my new inspiration to smile with this boring life, and my addiction in watching Filipino Drama show with my new member subscription with TFC Filipino Channel online while on vacation, here I am losing weight.. Yey, I lost 3 pounds now doing the 7 days Cabbage Soup Diet Plan, without exercising!!!
I did a lot of cheating yesterday because I am not suppose to eat any meat but I did. I am also not suppose to eat too much carbs but I did because my brother and his family were here to celebrate Christmas with us.
But I am making it up for today and I will make sure to eat only fruits and veggies as said on the 3rd day of 7 days diet plan.
I don't think I will be able to do my workout today because I wasn't able to get a good sleep last night due to drinking too much diet coke. But I will try my very best

Today, I started my 1st day of the 7 days Cabbage Soup Diet. I am hoping to lose at least 5 pounds by new year. And then I will just follow this with fruits and veggies diet and with little meat for protein and avoid carbs until I lose 10 pounds.
I feel bloated for the past few days and I feel like if I will not do this diet, I will continue gaining weight and start my clothes to be tight. Right now, all my clothes still fit and I dont want to go to the point were I can't fit to any of my jeans. That will be so frustrating.
So today, I am only eating fruits except for banana or grapes plus the cabbage soup. Tomorrow, will be veggies and some potatoe, so I can still survive even if my brother and his family will be here to eat with us. I will simply eat vegetable salad.

After 4 days of not working out due to pelvic pain, I am so happy that I finally did my Step Kickboxing workout for 50 minutes. Yey!!! I am still having some pain but it's tolerable so I was able to workout for 50 minutes.
Today I will buy the ingredients that I will need for my 7 days cabbage soup diet and make sure to lose weight before the new year, and will make sure to lose more for my vacation in the Philippines on February. I dont want to look skinny but just to look good for my age...
I will start my 7 days diet on Christmas day and then followed by veggies and fruit with less carns diet. This 7 days cabbage soup diet is only to cleanse my system for speed weight lost after.

This is my 3rd day of no exercise due to my pelvic pain again. But it's okey, my mind is very much ready to start my 7 days vegetable diet soup during my vacation and I will make sure to lose those extra weight the I have been wanting to lose since summer.
I am also planning to do extra workout during my vacation to speed up my weight loss and make sure to look fit on new year and will try to lose more before my vacation in the Philippines on February.
For the meantime, I need to rest my body until the infection is cured. I will try not to eat too much carbs for a while. I will try my bext to do my workout tomorrow when I get home from work.

I am having pelvic pain so I dont think I will be able to do my regular workout for today. I might just extend my weight aero workout routine until next week, which is suppose to be the start of my Dance workout routine. I will just start my 4 weeks Dance Workout routine next year, to start my new year fresh.
I will try my best to do my 7 days vegetable soup diet to make sure to lose weight even if I am on vacation. I need to lose weight because I will have my vacation in the Philippines next year. I will make sure to look good by then.
I might also enroll at any gym nearby to run at least 15 minutes 4 times a week during my vacation to speed up the weight loss.

I didn't eat much when I get home this morning. I will do my veggie and fruit diet during my vacation. This way, there is less temptation on foods
Tonight we will have a free dinner and tomorrow, we will have a Christmas potluck at work. How can I control my weight. So it is better to do the veggie and fruit diet while on vacation. I am also thinking of enrolling at the gym for few days so I can run while on vacation.

I am so sad with how my short insanity made me gain weight. It's the butterfly in the stomach and the crazy waiting on nonsense messages. But I am so back on my feet now.
Funny but I gained weight but my clothes still fits on me the same as usual. I guess my exercising helped me to maintain the level of my fat in my body. However, I still need to lose weight even if my clothes aren't tight on me.

I feel bad for not losing the weight that I want to lose. I have been struggling to lose that extra 5 lbs I gained last summer and I am really really disappointed with myself for not being able to make it at this time.
I still have few more weeks to lose weight. Otherwise I will have a hard time maintaining the weight that I presently have because of the 2 weeks vacation from work. Oh God help me make it.

Oopps, I didn't realized that I only have 4 posts on this blog. The chatting sites that I have been spending time with for a couple of weeks now, have stolen my focus on my regular activities online.
Oh well, anyway,,, I was able to complete all the workout routine schedule for this week. I still have one more workout for this week and I will make sure to do it this morning to make sure that all routine schedules have been followed before I start another week.
This is also the first week of another 6 weeks of weight aero workout and some step boxing. I will make sure to eat less carbs so it won't make me bulky. Hopefully to lose weight too.

My Ballroom and Belly Dance Workout week is over. I only have one Salsa Dance Workout dvd to be done for today and I am ready to move on to Simmons Dance workout.
I feel bad for not being able to control myself and be able to lose any weight for this week. But this will not stop me from making myself to do my regular workout, and continue to push myself to lose weight. It's hard to focus but I am sure that one day, I will suddenly make it.

I did my Belly Dance workout and ate less food however, it still contain carbs. But that's ok. It will still help me to lose weight as long as I don't overeat.
I still have to control taking food rich in carbohydrated and focus on eating veggies and fruits. I don't have any veggies right now, but I will try to have some tomorrow if I can, or maybe on the weekend so I can start eating more veggies for next week. I need to focus so I can lose weight. I can't wait to take another picture of me.

I didn't work tonight and I really hate myself for eating too much foods rich in carbohydrate yesterday. I really really need to control myself because I need to lose weight before Nov. 26 for the party I am going to attend. I am planning to wear something sexy and I need to lose those extra bulk on my upper body due to eating too much carbohydrated.
Anyway, I am glad I was able to do all the workout plan last week, and I started this week right. I did my Ballroom cardio this morning and I am planning to do another Cardio Ballroom workout today plus the scheduled abs workout for today. This way I have one day rest for this week.

I ate too much carbs and I gained another 1 pound this week. I am so undisciplined!!! I really really need to lose those extra weight I gained last summer before Nov. 26 for the golden wedding anniversary of our friend. I am planning to wear something nice and I want to look good on pictures.

I am glad I was able to do all my Hip Hop Dance Routine workout for this week including all the abs workout that I included on my plan, except for the 30 minutes stretching for Saturday. But it's okey, I do a lot of stretching every after workout.
Next week will be the start of another No Weight Lifting Dance workout, using Petra Kolberg and Cheryl Burke Dance Workout DVD. Just Dance workout dvd by Petra Kolberg is my most favorite dance workout because of the music that realy relaxes my mind and body, while giving me a total sweat workout.
I need to focus on eating less carbs for the remaining 3 weeks of No Weight Lifting workout. As I've always hoping to lose those extra weight I gained last summer. This week is the start of the 4 weeks of no weight lifting workout but all just dance workout. And also, this week is my HIP HOP dancing workout week and I just started my Favorite Hip Hop Dance workout DVD yesterday.
My weight is still the same. However I need to lose those extra weight that I gained last summer and it's so sad that I am trying to lose those extra weight for a couple of months now and keeps on failing. I need to focus on losing those extra weight because I have a lot of parties to attend.
Since this week is the start of my 4 weeks Dance Workout and no weight lifting workout, I need to focus on eating lesser carns on my diet.

I didn't do my workout yesterday because I feel so weak due to lack of sleep. I feel so lazy again today but I will try my very best to do my workout for today. I will just wait 'til the food that I ate be digested. Sigh!!! too much work just to avoid being fat.
I have been in emotional turmoil since last week which made my motivation in working out so low. Attending parties and gathering with nice people did so much help to recover my positive outlook in my everyday life. I will try my very best not to be interupted by evilness of other people.

I cooked this chinese rice noodles with beef and bean sprout with a little bit of shrimp and chinese bokchoy yesterday. It's my kids favorite and my favorite too. So I enede up over eating it the whole day until the whole night at work and until today when I get home from work. I feel soooooo bad!!!!
I need to eat less for a couple of days to lose those extra extra extra calories that I have taken yesterday until today. I need to do extra workout too!!!
I ate too much carbs!!! Although carbs can be easily burned, but eating too much is not an excuse. I ate like a pig yesterday. I feel so bad!!!

I am glad that I have followed all the workout routine schedule for this week except for abs workout. Other than that, I am happy that I was able to focus on my fitness plan.
I did another changes on my workout schedule because I realized that I have no room for rest or it is crowding my schedule everytime I skipped one day workout. So I thought of of having one day off of workout and have it as one day full of stretching workout for my stiff muscles.

I need to lose weight. I need to focus on eating just fruits and veggies at least for one or two days to flush all the toxins in my body. I really need to focus on losing at least 5 pounds. I am on the edge of going back on the same unhealthy me.
Even if I am continously working out, I need to focus on eating the right foods so I won't gain weight easily even if I stopped working out for a couple of days. And this is, by eating less carbs and salty foods.

I am having so much pain on my left heel and aside from this, I am facing my emotional turmoil yesterday that's why I wasn't able to do my yesterday's workout. But I will definitely do my workout today despite that pain on my left heel.
I just need to drop hubby to his work and kids to their school then I will do my workout for yesterday. I just need to adjust my routine again for this week and make sure to do the important workout on my schedule.
After the workout, I will go to the doctor to have my heel to be checked. I can't let this pain stop me from my normal life's routine. I am also planning to do my less salt meat and carbs diet starting today because I suspect that this pain is from eating too much salt and meat.
Less salt and meat for the pain on my left heal and less carbs for my weight loss. This means that I will be eating fruits and veggies. I will make sure to drink a lot of water.

I was able to do my workout dvd today and I am glad I did, despite my bad mood. Following the workout steps helps to release some emotional stress I am having.
Exercising really helps to release some stress both physically and emotionally. However, forcing myself to workout when I am having emotional turmoil is really hard.
Tomorrow, I will have some phonecalls to make which can create another emotional turmoil so I have to make sure to do my workout before making any phonecalls.

I didn't do my workout for today and I feel bad about it. I was simply lazy and feeling tired so I went back to bed after I dropped hubby to work, instead of working out.
I actually feel so lazy and unmotivated because of some things going on in my head. It is frustrating to have something in mind that is bothering me. It makes me lazy to do things that can uplift my spirit. I have toforce myself to workout tomorrow, since working out can release stress.

It's the third day of the week and I am folllowing all the workout routines with no problems. I am also making sure to drink as many water as I can so I won't get sick anymore.
I am not gaining any weight even if I have been eating a lot of carbohydrates lately, I just need to control eating too much carbs so I can lose the weight i gained last summer. It's really hard!!!

I wasn't able to do my workout this morning due to another pelvic pain attack. I went to my family doctor and gave me another set of antibiotic because it is a sign of infection. But this time, he ask to do the urine test to make sure what is causing this infection.
Two reasons for this infection is due to sexual activities and not drinking enough water.. We are not have some sexual activities for a couple of weeks before this last infection, because I have been sick here and there. I suspect it is because I am not drnking a lot of water.
I will see if the pain is less tomorrow so I can do my workout. I feel bad that I am always sick...

I was able to follow all the workout routines for these week, except for yesterday. I was caught up with my singing passion using my Magic Mic, and ended up not doing my workout. I guess I was trying to practice for our upcoming party next week. lols...
I was glad that I was able to get some energy to do 45 minutes weight aerobics today. At least I only missed one day workout. I will try to do two dvd's on Sunday.
I am having another pelvic pain so I have to go to the doctor tomorrow morning. I suspect this is another infection. So I am not sure if I can run this weekend again, but I will try my best.

It wasn't in my workout plan to run yesterday because of the pain I was having in my left hip to my left knee going down to my left ankle. But I suprisingly was able to do my 15 minutes outdoor run.
I am still having the ankle pain but I will still try my best to run today after my latin dance workout. I still want to lose the extra weight I gained this summer. I would never want to go back to the FAT me.
I am drinking plenty of water and I think it really helped in decreasing the intense of the pain. Doing a lot of stretching also helped.

I didn't run yesterday morning as I've planned to because of the pain I am having on the left hips going down to my left knee, down to my left ankle. It is horrible.!! I suspect it is mild arthritis due to stiff muscles, so I made sure to drink a lot of water.
Water is very important to our health specially if you are very active and doing at lot of exercise. Water helps to clear the system as your kidney keeps on working hard to burn extra calories on your body.
Water also helps to lose weight faster because it speed up the metabolism and helps your kidney to burn more fats as you work hard to burn those calories by exercising.
The problem with me is that, I always forgot to drink as much water as I can which is giving me joints and muscle pain.
Anyway, even if I didn't run yesterday, I added 30 minutes dance workout on my dance workout routine. So I I did more than an hour workout yesterday.
Today, I will try to run after my 50 minutes dance workout + abs workout. I will make sure to do more stretching and drink a lot of Water.

It is already September and summer is almost done, but it is still very humid. Humid weather makes my skin very oily. This is the time that I really need to be vigilant in keeping my skin free from dirt and oil.

I feel so guilty for not doing my workout yesterday. I was hooked in my passion in web designing. I just love to look at the changes I made with some of my blogs.
Tomorrow, I will make it up and cover the 2 days LOST workout times I had this week. I will do my Dance Off The Inches Belly Dance Workout today (45 mins) and run for 15 minutes. And on Sunday, I will do my Petra Just Dance (50mins)+ 10 mins abs workout and do my 15 mins run. I know I will miss two 30 minutes dance workout on my workout schedule, but I will leave it for now because my hips pain is killing me. Dance workout is giving me hips muscle pain.
I have printed the workout routine for the month of September, and I am ready to focus on my fitness plan. I will try my very best to watch the food that I eat for this month otherwise, I will look BULKy since my workout routine for this month is focus on weight toning exercises. So I need to eat less carbs.

I was weighing myself at work last night and I feel so bad to see how much weight I gained this summer. I really need to lose weight.
Although, I have never stop working out but I have lost my focus on watching the foods that I eat and I really need to focus on eating the right food and the right portion of the food that I eat everyday to lose those extra weight I gained this summer.
The weather is getting colder and I will go back working out and running at the gym soon. I need to buy a nice workout outfit and I mat where I can do my stretching after my workout. I found this very nice
yoga mats online, and I get so excited to choose something light that I can bring on the gym with me. I don't want to use any of the mats at the gym since different people are using it.
These yoga mats can be use in and out of the gym. I might buy 2 yoga mats before the winter starts, to use at the gym and the other one at home.

I did my Julliane Ballroom Dance workout. This workout is really fun and it will really make you sweat. It's one of my favorite of all my workout DVD.
I don't think I can complete the workout routine schedule for this week because I have a doctor's appointment on Wednesday in downtown Toronto at 3:30pm. I have to go to bed as soon as I get home from work and wake up at about 1pm. I will be taking the bus to get there because the parking is too expensive so I have to wake up early and spend about 2 hours of travel. I will be sober at work for sure.
Then on the nest day (Thursday), I have to attend to my Kid's school orientation at 12noon. I don't think I will have the energy to workout since I have lack of sleep the day before. But I will try my very best to do at least 30 minutes workout.
Important appointment can really ruin my workout schedule.

I did another Simmon's 30 minutes VHS Workout and then did my 15 minutes run. I feel great even if I have not completed the workout routine schedule for this week. I think I did great even if I have skipped about 3 routine for this week.
The last time I weigh myself, about 2 days ago, my weight is still the same or perhaps I los about 1 pound and that I can consider good. Because I am still able to eat food that I want to eat in moderate amount and enjoyed all the dance workout that I am doing.

I did my 30 minutes light dance workout using Simmon's Oldies VHS Dance workout, then I run for 15 minutes. It was a pretty nice weather to run so I took advantage of it.
I am pretty sad that I didn't lose the target weight before my appointment with my doctor on Wednesday. I don't think it is possible to lose 3 pounds in 3 days otherwise it will be unhealthy weight loss diet and I don't want that.
Oh well, I will just continue whatever I am doing right now and just enjoy my life. I am still losing weight slowly and I just have to make sure that I will not gain anymore weight and perhaps lose some more. Maybe about 3 more pounds. I don't want to be skinny as it doesn't look good on me.

I did all the schedule workout routine for this week except for today because I am caught up with many things at home. But my today's workout schedule is a light 30 minutes dance workout so I will just mix it up for my tomorrow's workout schedule plus my 15 mins run.
I felt guilty for eating too much carbs again for this week so I have no guts to look at my weight on my weighing scale. I will try my best to control my carbs eating for this weekend and focus on eating veggies instead. Gzzz, my doctor's appointment will be on Wednesday.!!! It's a FAIL!!!

I skipped about 2 workout routine last week because of my busy schedule. I want to make sure to complete my workout routine for this week since my workout routine for this week is quite easy ang light. I am thinking of running today after doing my 45 minutes salsa dance workout dvd. I hope to have enough energy to do it and I hope the weather will be kind to me after my dancing workout.
I ate a lot last night at work because of someone's Birthday. I feel a little bit guilty for eating too much sweets. I will try to make it up.

I was my plan to run yesterday but gzzzzz, the weather was hot. So I just decided to follow what is on my workout routine schedule. I can only run during the weekend because that's the only time I can run early in the morning when the sun is not to high and the weather is not too hot.
I am starting to lose weight a little bit and I really hope I can lose 4 pounds before August 31 which I really think is not possible. But I will try my best. Besides, I don't want to push myself into something that is not really possible. I can only hope and wish for the best!!!

Gzzz I ate twice this morning so I shouldn't eat tonight before I got to work. I should only eat 4 times a day and I ate 5 times yesterday. So since I already ate 2 times this morning, I have to make sure that I will only eat 2 times at work...
Grrrr!!! I really have to lose the extra weight I gained before the end of this month. My doctor's appointment is on Aug 31 and I want my doctor to see the progress of my health. I want her to see that I am on my healthy weight!!!
I am working double time to lose those extra weight before my doctor's appointment. gzzzzz!!! I need to lose at least 2 lbs this week!!! I will definitely run tomorrow.. I am excited!!!

I obviously gained weight just looking to all my pictures specially the pictures on our East USA Tour. It's because of too much vacation, pelvic pain which stops me for not working out and running, and uncontrolable eating to junk foods. I actually gained about 5 pounds before our USA Tour and gained 3 more pounds after the tour.
But since then, I already lost 3 lbs in one week. I need to lose 5 more lbs and I know I can do it before the end of this month.
Losing 3 pounds in 1 weeks is very simple. I simply cut eating carbs and eating more fresh veggies and fruits and continue working out. I am back on my feet and I will post my picture on my FB once I lost this extra pounds I gained.

I started running again and I feel bad because I should have run yesterday but I don't have the will to do it.. I was lazy!! But I think I am ready to include running on my weekly routine workout.
Although, running was always included on my weekeely routine workout schedule, I always replace it with short dance workout. Running is the best weight loss workout ever. It really speed up the metabolism and burn more fats.
I just need to focus on eating less carbs and more veggies and fruits with protein so I get less hungry. I will definitely lose the weight I gained before the end of the month and will not lose the running momentum
