I was able to do all the workout schedules for this week, however, I won't do any workout today because I have to go to bed early since I have to wake up early for my kid's Confirmation Day at 7pm.
I will just delayed my workout for one day and adjust my schedule. Saturday is always my rest and strecth day, but I will do my Friday workout on Saturday and do my today's workout schedule tomorrow instead. This way, I will still be able to complete all the schduled routine workout I did for this week.
