The weather is good for running yesterday and this morning, but because of my laziness, I didn't grab the chance of running. But at least, I did my 50 minutes stepboxing with weight and abs cardio exercise this morning. I really sweat a lot.
If the weather is good tomorrow morning, I will definitely run after my 40 minutes Latin Dance workout.
I am planning to re-shuffle my workout routine for this week and try to catch days with good weather for running. Trying to combine short workout dvd to have more time for running.
