I really had a bad diet last week as I ate mostly of foods rich in carbohydrates. So I will make sure to eat right this week. I want to lose a little bit more weight for summer. Although I still have a lot of time for this goal, I want to make sure that I am not going to gain more weight in preparation for summer.
Funny, but someone asked me if I am still trying to lose weight and I said "NO"... No at this time but I will lose more before summer. It's by eating food rich in fiber and increasing the time for fitness.
