It is already September and summer is almost done, but it is still very humid. Humid weather makes my skin very oily. This is the time that I really need to be vigilant in keeping my skin free from dirt and oil.
I just received an inquiry about my facial mask two days ago, from a mother who have a daughter who is suffering from acne because of the oily skin. I advice her that not all
Face Masks can be suitable to everyone. She have to choose the right facial mask for her daughter's oily and acne prone skin.
I also adviced her to see a doctor before using any skin care products. However, since I have also suffered the same skin problems for such a long time, I shared to her my very own experience about acne.
Doctor's acne treatment may or may not work for everyone. Unless you keep your skin clean, your acne will always persist.
TIPS:
Use the right facial mask two to three times a week. Use a facial steamer to open the pores and draw out all the extra dirt and oil on the skin. Wipe your face with a very clean and warm face towel and apply the right facial mask on your skin. Leave the facial mask for at least 20 minutes and wipe it off. Use the right skin care solution, after.

I am not loosing weight.. Or even if I do, it is very slow..So I really need to start the 7 days strict diet with the Vegetable Diet Soup. I will start it on Monday and finish it by Sunday. I am crossing my fingers that I can do it religously, so I will loose the 10 lbs that I have been wanting to get rid off.
I need to loose 10 lbs before October after the result of the first laser treatment for my acne scars. I need to see if I need to add the loss volume on some part of my face after loosing weight while waiting for the improvement of my skin with the laser treatment for my acne scars.
The laser treatment will tighten the skin so I need to loose weight to see, if I still need to add volume on my face after loosing the weight. I am so VAIN!!!

One of my physical insecurities specially now that I am getting older is my acne scars. I am not competing with anyone but I just want to look good at my age. I know that the process of Meladerm in fading the acne dark spots is working fine so far but it will take much longer to make my skin looks better since there are still some spots that is fresh and need to be treated to completely make my skin tone even.
Although I am so happy with the result of Meladerm to reduce the dark pigment, together with Proactive Repairing Cream to heal the remaining affected areas, I feel like my acne and the deep scars needs some prefessional treatment. I want those deep holes to be treated. . If it cannot be completely remove, at least make it look better.
I have contacted a Plastic Surgeon nearby and I will have an appointment on April 17. The approximate price that they gave me over the phone is expensive, but I think can afford it with the help of my insurance. However, it is not the exact amount and it might be more expensive for my case, that's why the doctor needs to see me.
For the meantime, I will continue the self treatment I am doing for my acne while hoping that this professional treatment will help me remove this one physical insecurities I have.

I am having a very slight peeling of the skin on my skin due to the Meladerm Pigment Reducing Cream. That's why I need to do my facel deep cleaning again before I got to bed this afternoon. I have to make sure that my face is always clean so the pores won't clog while it is having the slight skin peeling.
I am also glad that the acne pimple breakout that I had on my chin have dried out including one on my nose. There is still some pus inside the acne so I have to continue applying Proactive on the affected areas. But to top it all, I am happy with the result of Meladerm on my skin in one week. I really hope that my skin texture will continue to improve in no time. I can't wait!! Buy this cream here

I have been suffering form acne since I graduated from college. I have spend a lot of money and tried many expensive treatment. It will come and go. But so far, the best cure that I have tried is by keeping my face clean and avoiding facial care products with harsh ingredients.
Proactive Solution is the longest acne product that I used that cured my acne. I used it for more than two years. However, it makes my skin so dry during winter season. I continued using it but some side effects of dryness started to get worst after about 3 years of using it. The more I used acne products with so much harsh ingredient, the more my acne gets worst. My journey of finding the right acne products started again.
I learned that by using facial care products that contain natural ingredients is the best product to prevent acne. Acne is a skin desease that needs time and effort to prevent it from occuring.
Tips; (Regular Facial Care)
- Use my Natural Cleansing Cream to remove makeup.
- Then followed my washing your face with my Natural Facial Wash by massaging it to your face for about2 to 3 minutes.
- Wash your face with a lot of water and pot dry with clean face towel.
- Apply my Plain Witch Hazel Astringent with a cotton pad.
- Followed by my Natural Facial Cream Moisturizer.
Note:
- Your face needs to exfoliate by using my Natural Facial Scrubs. Use this after washing your face with Natural Facial Wash Gel.
- You need to make time to do a simple home care skin deep cleaning.
Homemade Facial Deep Cleaning;
- Make sure your hand are clean.
- Prepare your Facial Steamer
- Sanitized your blackheads/whiteheads remover
- Remove your make up using my Natural Cleansing Cream
- Wash the extra cream with my Levender Facial Wash Gel
- Apply small amount of Levender Facial Cream Moisturizer or Natural Jojoba Oil with Chamomile and start steaming your face with the Facial Steamer for about 5 to 15 minutes or until your pores are completely soft and open.
- Start pinching or compressing the open pores of blackhead or whitehead using your whiteheads/blackhead remover with a very mild and gentle pressure. Never prick or force the whitehead/blackhead to come out.
- Then apply the Deadsea Mineral Mud and let it dry for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove it with a clean warm damp face towel.
- Apply Plain Witch Hazel Astringent and Levender Facial Cream Moisturizer.
Tips;
- If you dont have a Facial Steamer, you can just steam our face with a boiling water in a bowl.
- You can buy the blackhead/whiteheads remover in any drugstore or beauty store.
- This routine is best before going to bed because cells can best recover and renew when we sleep.
You can choose either Chamomile or Levender on any of my Facial Care Products because chamomile and levender has a natural healing effect on many skin disorders.

It's my second day using the Meladerm Pigment Reducing Cream. The effect is very much like the hydroquinone. My skin feel tight and my skin is starting to peel very lightly and some of my pimples are starting to dry.
Unlike other Pigment Reducing Products that contain hydroquinone as an active ingredients, Meladerm is made up of natural actives derived from natural extracts such as Mulberry, Licorice and Bearberry plants. It doesn't contain hydroquinone, mercury, steroids or other harmful bleaching substances so it has mild and gentle effects on skin.

I finally got the Meladerm Pigment Reducing Cream yeaterday and I applied it right away before I apply my makeup going to work. I am so excited to try how it feels on my skin on the first application. And so far, everything feels normal. My skin feel so hydrated and with extra glow.
I will be bloggin about the update on how Meladerm work for me on this blog. I have a very strong feeling that Meladerm is the answer for my acne spots problems. I will look forward seeing the result this week.

I finally place an online order for Meladerm Pigment Reducing Cream. Although, I am happy with the speed result of Lanlay Facial Cream, I am still very curious to try this Meladerm Pigment Reducing Cream and see the difference between the two. Meladerm Pigment Reducing Cream have many good feedbacks and reviews compare to Lanlay, so I want to see the difference.
It will take about 2 to 4 weeks before I recive the Meladerm Pigment Reducing Cream. I am pretty sure that the effect of Lanlay Facial Cream will be visible enough to compare it's speed effect from Meladerm Pigment Reducing Cream.
Aside from the acne dark spots on my face, I also want to use the Meladerm Pigment Reducing Cream to lighten my underarm. And from the review, it is very effective in lightening different dark spots.

I am so happy with the progress of treating my acne pimple dark spots with Lanlay Facial Cream. While I am happy with the speed fading of my acne dark spots, I have been slacking with my weight loss diet.
I have not been exercising for 5 days now. I was busy teaching my brother and his family in getting around Toronto last weekend. Monday, I had to go to the bank and get a certified check and deliver it to the real estate broker's office for the downpayment of the house. Then yesterday, we had the house inspection. I just hope that the closing date of this house will be final on June 28.
Today, I am going to have Lunch with my kids instead of having it on Friday. But I will do my 45 minutes exercise before I leave the house.

I have an appointment with my Massage Therapist today at 11am. After the therapy, I am thinking of going to downtown to buy the cream that I used about 3 years ago, to treat the black spot of my dried acne pimples. It was a chinese drugstore and it comes with a whitening cream for underarm.
I remember using it together with the complete Proactive Solution to treat the scars. But I stop using it went I had my last vacation in the Philippines because my friend suggested me to use the Magic Cream instead. The Magic Cream worked for me but it makes my skin look so light and white and it also makes my skin so oily. I don't want to look like a trying hard Asian Woman to look white. hahahahhaha!! I love my medium tan skin tone.
If I can't find this cream, I might buy the cream that I saw in the internet few minutes ago.
Due to my busy life, I always in a hurry in washing my face. I have an oily face so I have to always make sure to wash my face thoroughly before going to bed. I always forget and I will always keep this in mind from now on... That I should use bigger amount of my

There are many factor why acne occur. Acne is a disease of the sebaceous glands and hair follicles. It involves the over production of sebum and the development of bacteria in the sebacous glands. When the surplus sebum cannot flow off quickly enough because of the excessively thick openings which cause the pores to clogged.
Yellow sebum forms and gradually becomes black on expossure to air, forming blackheads (comedos). The sebaceous glands continue to produce sebum. The pressure of excessive sebum in the connective tissue increases and creates inflammations, abscesses, knots or pimples.
