Inspired To Loose Weight

I think I inspired my High School Friend to loose weight when she saw my pictures on my Friendster Account last year. She slowy lost weight since then, as I looked at her pictures on Facebook. Now she looks amazing on her pictures during the reunion last Sunday.

She lost weight and I gained weight now... lols... I inspired her and now, she inspired me to loose weight and I am ready to do it again now that I found my Vegetable Soup Diet 7 Days Recipe. I will start this on Wednesday and I am looking at about 5 to 10 pounds to loose after 7 days. I did it before so I can do it again.

Ready For Vegetable Soup 7 Days Diet

I finally have the copy of Vegetable or Cabbage Soup 7 Days Diet Recipe and Plan. I have been thinking of searching this on the internet for so long now, but I always forget to do so and at last, I finally did. I have tried this 7 days diet and it is the most effective way to loose weight faster. After about 6 years, I will do it again so I can loose all the weight I gain after my last surgery.

This 7 days diet will make you loose 10 to 17 pound in one week. Infact, you can loose 10 pound in the 4th day if you dont cheap on the diet plan. As far as I can remember, I actually lost 10 lbs on the first week and continously lost 35 lbs for 2 months of continous vegetable Soup 7 days Diet recipe plan.

I will have more than 10 days vacation starting on Wednesday so this is the best time for me to start this 7 days diet. I have to loose about 10 pounds so before I go back to work, I hope I already lost the weight that I want.

Fruit Cleansing Diet On Vacation

Silly me to plan but can't do it..lols.. I said that I will continue my fasting to fruit cleansing diet after my blood test yesterday, but I ruining my plan. My stomach start feeling acidic so I thought of not doing my fruit cleansing diet as it makes my stomach ache. I might just do it on my holiday vacation starting on Wednesday.

I will be on vacation for more than 10 days so I have to keep myself focus on keeping myself out of fattening foods. I am planning to do 2 days fruit cleansing diet during this vacation.

Detoxifier For Weight Loss

My friend encourage me to start taking this Lifestyles Detoxifier and Thermogenics Herbal Medicine for faster weight loss.

The Detoxifier will clean my system and the Thermogenics is for faster and healthier weight loss. My friend used to be so overweight and can't bend his back due to his chronic lower back pain until he use Lifestyles Herbal Medicine. I am skeptical but I thought of trying it since I saw the amazing result from him. However, it is expensive as it cost CAD$75.00 for these two bottles. But once I have proven the effectiveness of this Herbal Medicine, I dont mind buying it again and use it regularly for my health. I might even buy some for my family.

I am on my fasting diet today for my blood test and I might continue this fasting to my fruit cleansing diet until 7pm tonight. I will leave the house for my blood test in few minutes and then I will buy some fruits for my Fruit Cleansing Diet. I hope that the Lifestyle Herbal Medicine will be more effective and help me reach my weight goal faster.

Healthy Weight Loss Tips

I only lost 1 pound and I am already feeling disappointed because I only have about 6 days to go to loose 2 more lbs. Yay, I need to do this but everything is so slow. I can make it faster by reducing the amount of food I eat and totally avoid carbohydrates, but that will have bad side effect on me.

Whenever I reduce the amount of the food I eat and totally avoid carbohydrates and increase the amount of time of exercise, I will loose weight faster but, I will have a hard time sleeping. And the moment I go back eating the normal amount of food I usually take and reduce the amount of time I exercise, I will gain pounds immediately giving me more flabs on my problem areas.

So the healthier way of loosing weight through my experience, is by increasing the amount of food I eat that are rich in fiber. Those are fruits and vegetables. Making sure that all are well balance.

I also do less amount of time exercising and my exercise routine focus on my problem areas. So I will increase eating fruits and more tomatoes..

Weekend Weight Loss Struggle

I had a bad diet since Friday night. Our friends from Couples For Christ visited us last Friday and invited us to eat in Chinese Buffet nearby, so I endedup overeating. And today, I cooked a filipino pork stew and I wasn't able to control myself in eating the right amount.. lols..

This is the problem during the weekend. It is so good to eat together with friends or family which put your mind away on your weight loss diet. However, I was able to eat as many fruits for better metabolism, and I also didn't let the weekend laziness to stop me from doing my exercise plans for the weekend.

I still have more than one week to reach the weight goal for the month. I just hope everything will turn out good and still loose the 3 pounds that I want to shed before the end of the month.

Focusing On Weight Loss vs. Problems

I am loosing weight and I am still hoping and working hard to loose about 3 more pounds before the end of this month, despite of some emotional problems I am going through.

I am emotionally struggling but I try to keep myself focus on eating the food that my body needs to help me loose weight. I am also trying my best to keep focus on doing my daily exercise at least 30 minutes a day focusing on abs.

Stress For Weight Loss

I bought two clothes on sale yesterday and I really feel over weight looking myself in the mirror. I really need to loose weight not because I want to be sexy again... lols.. I just want to look good and healthy. I feel old looking at my flabby arms in the mirror.

I wasn't able to do my exercise last Friday and yesterday because of some frustrating thoughts again for our closing date. I feel so stress as the closing date gets closer. I feel so alone planning and deciding for everything which made me loose my focus on my weight loss diet. I am trying my best not to loose my focus on my weight loss plan but it is really hard when you are in the middle of some problems.

Personal Tips For Proper Weight Loss

Yes, I lost another lbs and I will try my best to loose more. I need to loose at least another 3 or more pounds before the end of this month so I can look forward loosing another 5 or more pounds next month. So by the end of August, I have reach my weight goal.

I will continue my regular walk with my dog every morning followed by about 30 minutes exercise. Along with the fitness routine is my eating moderation adding the tomatoe and pepper on my food every morning when I get home from work. I need to eat moderate amount of food at least 4 times a day only with a maximum of 5 times, making sure to avoid taking too much fats and eating more foods rich in fiber like vegetable and fruits.

Tomorrow I will be attending a party at lunch and I need to keep in mind that I should choose more vegetable and fruits to keep me out of food with too much fats.

One thing I learned about loosing weight, cutting the calorie intake will only make me loose weight but the flabs around my waist and the sizes of my clothes are almost the same. It is by avoiding fatty foods that will help me shrink and loose the fats on my waist area with the right exercise.

Drinking a lot of water will help to flush all the food digested in your body and speed up the burning of fats and calories. So I have to make sure to drink 8 or even more glasess of water everyday.

Desperate To Loose Weight

I didn't walk my dog outside because it was raining this morning. So I just did my 45minutes step aerobics video and a lot of stretching. I feel good after.

I am loosing some of the weight I gained when I was so uninspired with my life while hubby was away. I have lost about 2lbs and I have to loose at least 3 or more lbs this month.

I am continously adding tomotoes on my diet plus fruits to speed up my metabolism and burn more fats. I am also trying to avoid high fat foods and drink a lot of water.

Although I am desperate to loose weight, I always make sure to get enough sleep so I won't be exhausted. Crossing my fingers that I will loose another 3 or more pounds before the end of the month.

Too Ambitious Weight Loss

Loosing weight is not easy and I am running out of time. I am already feeling frustrated that summer will end and I am still not reaching my weight goal. Grrrrr, I hate it when hubby is giving me some problems. It is making me unfocus.

I looked at the weighing scale and I am glad that I lost a little weight. I have 4 weeks to loose at least 5 to 10 lbs. I know that 10 lbs is so ambitious, so I might go for 5 lbs before the end of this month. So wish me luck.

Loose Clothes But Not Loosing Weight

I walk my dog today for about 15 minutes. it was windy and chili outside so I didn't feel any sweat. I also did my 30 minutes upper body exercise. I feel good after.

I also made sure to include tomatoe and red bell pepper on my diet today to help speed my metabolism.

I am not very happy to look at the weighing scale however, my clothes feel loose which makes me feel good. This mean that I am loosing fat. However, I still need to loose weight by reducing the high calorie food intake and take more food rich in fiber.

Stretching Workout For Stress

It's a frustrating week for my weight loss plans because of some personal problems that made me unfocused. But I am glad that I was able to do the minimum number of days of exercise in a week that require to loose weight. I really hope I will be more focus on all my plans for this week.

I did a complete workout yesterday, however I keep eating.. hahahhaha.. Well this is my problem during the weekend. I just love to eat with my family and enjoy the day.

I will be doing my walk with my dog today and make sure to so my complete workout so I will have a good sleep the whole day.

Working out have many purpose. I do my workout not only to loose weight but also to release some emotional, mental and physical stress which give me a good sleep. I always make sure to do a lot of stretching to keep my body relax and release some tension on my stiff muscles.

Weight Loss Struggle

I am not happy with the numbers of my weighing scale so I just stop looking at it for a couple of days now. I am unfocus doing my diet weight lose for two days because of some cold fight with hubby.

This is the problem with loosing weight. Problems, stress, disappointment, frustration etc. keeps our mind off on our goal making us unfocus to reach our goal faster than it should.
