I started my Hip Hop Dancing workout for this week. I was suppose to do my 45 minutes Hip Hop Dancing this morning but unfortunately, I was so pre-occupied with working on the papers that I will need for the workshop.
I will just do the 45 minutes Hip Hop Dancing plus 20 minutes abdominal exercise tomorrow morning to cath up.
I am so happy because even if I have been skipping a lot of days to do my workout, I am still loosing weight. The smallest size jeans that I bought are loose. I am so freaking happy!!!
