Needs Eating Habits Control


I work overtime last night so I ended up not doing any workout, which is usual on my saturday. I only have one night off and I have to go to church earlier tomorrow so I have to make sure to get a lot of rest tonight so I can do my workout earlier tomorrow.

I have been eating a lot since Friday and I am feeling guilty already. I need to control myself as I need to continue focusing on losing weight. I am not losing any weight but it is not discouraging me to continue being active and fit and. I just need to control my eating habitsas I don't want to gain any weight anymore.

Circuit Burn Workout DVD


I just did the Circuit Burn Part 1 workout dvd and I sweat a lot in 30 minutes. And since today is my Abs workout day, I added one Tamilee Abs workout after doing the part 1 Circuit Burn.

I will be doing the Ballroom Workout DVD tomorrow to give interval on weight lifting workout since the Circuit Burn DVD workout require weight lifting. I love my workout DVDs. I am having fun while working out.

Sources Of Vitamin D

Vitamin D has a very important role for health. Not only helped shape the bones and teeth, vitamin D also helps prevent many chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, multiple sclerosis and memory loss.

Incomplete Workout Due To Dizziness


I only did my 30 minutes Kickboxing workout yesterday because I was dizzy due to mild Bening Vertigo Attack. I also wasn't able to complete my step aero workout last Sunday because of my dizziness. And today, I will try to complete my abs workout although, I doubt if I can complete it since I am dizzy whenever, I am lying down on the floor to do my abs workout.

Knees Pain For Running


I am having pain on my knees again and I am pissed because it might be a perefect weather to run tomorrow. But I will try my best to run even if I am having knees pain.

I don't know what is causing this knees pain. I think it's because I stop taking glucosamine and drink less water since Friday. Ahhhhhh!!! I want to run!!! I need to run!!! I need to lose more weight before summer and this pain won't stop me from being as active as I can.

Run For 15 mins, 3 Times a Week


I wasn't able to run this morning because it was a little bit cold and raining. I hope that the weather tomorrow morning will be kind for my running. I really really want to start running for at least 15 minutes, 3 times a week so I can lose the weight that I want before summer.

I know it will be hard to lose another 10 lbs. by summer, but there is no harm in trying. Running is the fastest way to burn more calories.

My knees feel a lot better after about 3 days of taking Glucosamine. I hope that this week, my arthritis pain will be a lot better so I can do my plan to run, 3 times a weeks.

Aim To Lose More Weight


I am happy that I was able to do all my exercise plans for this week, religiously. However, I am not happy with my eating habits as I eat more carbohydrates specially today. I don't that it doesn't store on my body.

I am still holding on to my plan of losing 10 more pounds before summer. I am not sure if I can do it but I will try my best to at least lose more. I don't care if it will look good on me but I want to try.

I need to run at least three times a week to speed up my metabolism and lose the weight that I want before summer. Running is so good in speeding up the metabolism. However, the weather has been not friendly to my plan. I hope to have a better weather next week.

Saturday Laziness


I feel guilty because I didn't do my workout today. As usual, I am experiencing Saturday Laziness. Saturday is always a lazy day for my workout because I was tired on Fridays making me sleep longer until Saturday which makes me feel heavy and lazy to anythings. However, I did a lot of house cleaning which is also good in buring some calories.

I was suppose to ran today but its raining outside. I am planning to run at least 3 times week so I can burn more calories and lose the weight I want before summer. But the weather is always been my enemy when it comes to outdoor activities.

Ran Longer


It's my second time to run outside and enjoy the wonderful weather. This time, I did it slowly and I was able to run longer than the first time. I forgot to bring my watch, so I didn't realized that I walked too long than I planned.

I did my 30 minutes weight aerobics workout then run longer than I should.. Wow, I burned a lot of calories today. However, I ate bigger than I should last night so I guess, all is just fair. I can't wait to see myself 10 pounds ligher..

Busy For Outdoor Run For Perfect Weather


The weather is perfect outside for my outdoor run, however, I just finished my 60 mins. Total Body Workout DVD and I am am poop out. I can stil run but it's late already. I have to go to bed early as I still have to work.

If I didn't spend an hour cooking while cleaning the kitchen, I pobably have the energy to do my 60 mins workout and 15 minutes run. But I promised myself that I will put my family first. I hope they will like my Beef Callos.

I didn't do my Sunday Workout that's why I am moving all the workout schedule for this week which makes it longer hour to exercise each day.

Tomorrow, if the weather is good, I will do my 15 mins run before I start my 50 mins kickbox workout. I need to lose another 10 pounds to reach my ideal BMI

Sad And Slacked On My Diet


I was sad and frustrated, disappointed and lost, which made me slack a little bit on my diet. But I am so glad that I was able to do my daily exercise.

Wanted More Weight Loss


I feel guilty for eating too much.. I am not gaining weight though but I need to start losing weight now for my plan to lose another 10 pounds by summer.

I have edited my workout plan and I added more hours to speed up my weight loss. But I need to control my eating so I can lose 10 pounds faster.

It's hard for me to go to my owkr's gym so I might enroll at the gym near our house. Besides, I need to use the remaining amount I have on my Insurance Wellness account for this year otherwise, it can be forfeited.

I will also order more workout videos since my insurance allowed it's claim as home fitness equipment. I received the reimbursed money and I am so happy about it because I want to order more exciting workout videos.
