Still Waiting For The Exercise Videos

I hate waiting this long for my order online. The three exercise DVDs that I orderedhasn't arrived yet and I am getting worried about it. This is the longest wait I had with Collage Video.

I have been wanting to start doing the Kickbox step exercise that I ordered and my daughter need to start doing the strecth exercise dvd. I don't know what happen but I will contact Collage video this week.

DVD Workout For My Fitness

Yesterday I said on my post that I won't be able to do my 20 minutes abs workout because I was too lazy. But fortunately, I did... And today, I just did my 30 minutes kickboxing workout.

I was suppose to do the step kickboxing workout today, but unfortunately, the dvd hasn't arrived yet so I just decided to do the 30 minutes kickboxing workout. I hope that the three dvds that I ordered will arrive before the end of this week.

On the 3 dvd's that I ordered, the stretching exercise was included and I will make sure to spend at least one day in a week do to the 30 minutes strecthing to help ease my stiff muscles.

I also included another abs workout dvd, to make sure that I have variety of abs workout to use each week. As I've said, my focus right now is to have toned abs by summer. I am not aiming for a 6 pak abs anymore, but just making sure that I will look good with the clothes I will wear for summer.

So Eager To Lose More Weight

I am too lazy to do my ab workout for today because I have topick up my kids in an hour. I might just do my abb workout tomorrow after my regular dance exercise. It will be a challenge but I will try my best to do it.

Beside, I have done my dance workout in the morning and run in the evening for two consecutive days. However, I have been eating too much carbs lately which is not good since I am still trying to lose more weight. I guilty but not really!!! I am so eager to lose more weight!!!

Busy But Prepare For Fitness

I did my 45 minutes dance workout and go straight to the kitchen to cook something for my family. I will go to bed in a bit so I will have enough sleep for energy to run tonight at the gym.

I have to bring my kids to their audition tomorrow so I am not sure if I can do my ab workout tomorrow. But I will try my best as I promised myself the toning my abs is my fitness focus right now. I need to tone my abs and I hope by summer, it doesn't jiggle that much anymore. I am busy but I always make sure to put my fitness on my daily schedule.

Dancing For Mental And Emotional Healing

I finally did my 50 minutes dance exercise using the "Just Dance" dvd by Petra Kolberg and then I had the 15 minutes workout From Tamille abs workout dvd. I will really make it to the point to do more ab workout to tone my waist and ab area. I will do about 20 to 30 minutes exercise every other day and the rest are dancing.

Dance exercise is more than just exercise. There are some kind of menatl and emotional healing as I follow the steps. I forgot some stressful things while dancing and relxes my mind after my workout. Soaking to a hot bath salt is an added healing for stress. Try it and you'll find yourself rejuvinated.

Need To Tone The Waist

I didn't do my exercise for two days now and I feel guilty. I should have done my exercise yesterday with about 15 minutes abs workout and I just got so lazy. I also ate a lot and it made me feel more guilty. I feel fat NOW!!!

I will make sure to do my morning dance exercise today with 15 minutes abs workout. I promised myself to concentrate my exercise on my core area to tone it. It may not change the size of my wide waistline but it will tone it to make it look lighter. So it will look better on clothing.

Concentrating On My Waist Area

I have to concentrate my exercise on my core area particularly my side waist, so I will make sure to spend at least 20 minutes of ab workout 3 times a week. And then I will continue doing dancing, kickboxing and running.

I can't do anything on my wide waistline but toning it will make it look lighter and smaller. I just want to make sure that I am not wasting everything that I have started to work hard in losing weight. I started and this time, I will make it better than any of my weight loss plan.

It is better to spend my time in more worthy things that, wasting my time with nonsense things like gossiping.

Making Up For The Guilt

I will be busy today but I will make sure to do my morning dance exercise after I pick up my daughter's x-ray report at the clinic. Then I will have to make a few phone calls as usual. I will also make sure to run at the gym tonight.

I feel guilty because I never did my weekend exercise and ate a lot. So I want to make sure that I will control the food the I eat this week and do my exercise everyday plus to run at the gym 3 times this week.

I feel realy guilty and I need to lose those extra calories I have taken over the weekend. I can't be fat anymore and I want to make sure, I look good by summer.

Kickboxing Exercise For Core Area

I am still thinking if I will focus on learning kickboxing moves because this typr of exercise focus more on the lower part of the body. The two kickboxing exercise dvd that I ordered, focused more on the core area and the rest of the kickbocing dvd that I see are more on the lower and upper area of the body.

Core area is my problem so I buy exercise dvds that focus on toning the core area. Most dance exercise dvds are focus on the belly area that's why most of the exercise dvds that I have are dance exercise. I can have fun while I am toning my problem areas. And so far, it's working for me. I can see a trememdous changes on my core area.

Kickboxing is fun way to exercise and tone the body just like the dance exercise, but I need to concentrate on my problem areas while having fun. I am thinking of buying some Latin Dance exercise dvds on my next order. But right now, I want to enjoy all the dvds that I already have.

Stretch Exercise Video For Back Pain

I ordered another three dvd exercise videos few minutes ago. I told myself before that my next order will be after 3 months from last month. However, my daughter is having backpain since last week. I suspect it's because of improper position during their gym workout at their school. So I ordered the stretch video exercise to help her do the stretching every morning before going to school. This will help her stiff muscles to relax. I am still waiting for the result of the x-ray though.

Together with the Stretch Exercise Video, I ordered one Kick Box Step Exercise video and one 10 Minutes Solution Abs Workout. I thought of adding two more exercise Videos to save on shipping cost.

I still have few more exercise videos on my wishlist and I will probably not going to place an order for quite a long time, because I already have a lot of exercise videos to work on. If ever, I will probably order some kickboxing exercise videos since that is what I am having fun with right now. But since I already have two that focus on core area, I guess I will be okey for now. Anyway, it's the core area that I always want to work on while having fun.

My Skinniest By Summer

I lost weight even if I didn't do my regular morning exercise religously. But, I watch the food that I eat, making sure that I eat only enough portion to lose weight, slowly and healthier. I also run at the gym as I planned, atleast 2 times week.

I am really willing to continue to lose weight until I reached my desired size or until I look different on my skinniest!! I wan't to try and see how I look on my skinniest by summer.

KickBoxing Exercise With Effort

I am still thinking which exercise DVD I will do today since it is the weekend. I am thinking of dancing with Petra Kolberg's Just Dance since it is longer and will make me sweat a lot. But I want to master the kickboxing steps so I can exert more effort everytime I do it.

I really think that kickboxing is a very good form of exercise for toning and at the same time for cardio plus it's fun. Ahhhh, I will do kickboxing today and for the whole week and I hope I can master the moves so I can just have fun exerting effort each time I do it.

Learning KickBoxing

I am not very happy with the effort I did this week with regard to my weight loss routine. I have spend less time exercising and running and I have consumed more calories that I should. However, I am happy that, I was able to eat less carbs and ate more fruits and veggies.

I am still learning the kickboxing exercise dvd that I bought, so I am exerting less energy doing it. But once I learn the routine, I am pretty sure that kickboxing is a very good way to sweat and shed extra calories even for short period of time.

Kickboxing exercise is a good form of exercise for the whole body particlularly upper, lower and mid section. It also a good cardio and toning exercise. And most of all, it's fun!!

Kickboxing Exercise

I just started trying this kickboxing exercise video and as usual, it's a little bit confusing but fun challenge to work at. I am looking forward to learn these two kickboxing program in the DVD and start doing the right moves so I can buy more kickboxing exercise dvds in the near future.

It is soon to have variety types of exercise to do so my body will not get used to just one moves. I already had so much fun with the hip hop, latin and jazz type dance exercise and I want to try tis kickboxing exercise.

I will combince kickboxing exercise with other type of exercise each they and continue to be active and feel great this year. I promise that I will never let myself to get fat again this time. Keep myself focus, less stress and happier.. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!
