Guilty For Skipping Exercise

I feel too sleepy and tired but I need to do my abs exercise with at least 30 minutes dancing since I can't run at the gym due to the pain on my knees. Geee, I feel so tired and I still need to tidy up the kitchen.

I am trying my best not to skip any of my daily exercise routine because I have done so many skip days for the last three weeks. I need to lose about 10 more pounds by summer and I don't care how my face will look after.
