Salsa Workout And Outdoor Run

I did my 40 minutes Sizzling Salsa workout and followed by 15 minutes outdoor run, this morning. Then I did a lot of stretching afterwards to make sure that my muscles won't be stiff specially on the lower body area.

The weather is great for my outdoor run but to make sure that I will not have a direct heat from the sun, I run as early as 6:30am. I am using some skin exfoliation products for my acne so my skin is very sensitive to sunlight. But this will not stop me from doing my fitness plan.

I cannot run on weekdays because of my schedule that prohibits me from running early in the morning, so I want to make sure to do my outdoor run on the weekend.

Workout Schedule For Emergency Activities

I wasn't able to do my Friday workout because I have to go with hubby to the court. I will do my Friday workout tomorrow morning plus a 15 minutes run before I do my household chores.

I need to do few changes on my workout routine schedule because I decided to run only during the weekend because I am trying to avoid the heat of the sun and realized that I really need to make a days of allowance to give some emergency personal activities a space, that may ruin my workout routine.

More On Dance Than Cardio Workout

Today I did my 45 minutes Fiesta Fitness DVD Workout. I didn't run because I had to do some phonecalls.

It's not an intense sweating workout but I did sweat. It's more on dancing than a cardio workout which is fun to begin with. I did a lot of stretching afterwards to ease some back pain.

I am looking forward doing Gissele's Toning workout tomorrow. I am still thinking if I will do the combined cardio toning with abs or just the toning with abs, since I haven't tried the customized version of the DVD.

I am really having fun working out using my DVD workout. There is actually some DVD that is on my wishlist which is on sale only for this week. But I am trying to save the money on paypal for our travel. Gzzzzz!!!!

3 Months Routine Workout DVDs

I just did my 40 minutes Salsa Dance Workout DVD and then I did my 15 minutes outdoor run. I did a lot of stretching and I feel so good after!! I feel so energized yet tired enough to have a good sleep.

I am already settled with working on my routine workout schedule that is good for 3 months. I need to buy at least 3 more dvds to complete the no repetition DVD workout so my body will continue to work hard with different moves everyday. But since I don't have enough budget yet, I might hold the thoughts of buying more dvds until I have enough money to buy some. For the meantime, I will enjoy workout with all the workout dvds that I have...

All About My Workout DVDs

I have completed all the workout routine schedule for three months using my Workout DVDs. I am trying not to repeat any workout DVD for three months so my body will not used to the same movement to continue to work hard, speed up my metabolism and burn more calories.

I only need to buy few more Workout DVDs to complete all the routine schedule without repeating any of it. I need one of Kelly Coffey's Long workout dvd, one 30minutes solution toning workout dvd.

I am also thinking of adding one more week of Dance workout using Lisa's 5 Days Latin Dance workout.

I also want to buy the Julianne Just Dance DVD because I love her Cardio Ballroom DVD. However, the ratings is not as good as her Cardio Ballroom.

Then I also want to buy this 30 minutes Belly Dance workout since I realized how fun it is to do the Belly dancing.

But I guess I will have to wait for a couple of months since I have to save the money for our trip.
