Happy Workout Schedule

Yey, I just finished two 30 minutes workout dvds today. I am on my way completing the workout schedule and I am moving on with the next workout schedule for next week without ang backlog.
I will buy one workout dvd in futureshop and see if I can reimbursed it on our company insurance. I really hope it will cover by my insurance company so I can have my money back. I think that will be the last workout dvd that I will but. I am happy with all the workout schedule that I have right now. Otherwise, I have to buy whole new set of workout dvd for one whole month. Beside, I added running on my fitness schedule.

Working Out Yet No Weight Loss

Yey, I was able to follow what is on my workout schedule so far and I will do my best to follow them all for the rest of the week, that includes my running at the gym at work.
I am losing very little weight despite all the hard work I am doing. These only mean that I really need to do my 7 days vegetable diet which is the fastest way to lose weight. However, I need to choose the days I will do this diet because the side effects on me while doing the diet, is lack of sleep and weekness. I will try to do at least the first 3 days on the weekend to lose at least 3 pounds.

Losing Body Fats

It's been two weeks now since I increase the time I spend working out. I added time in running at our gym at least 2 to 3 times a week and I noticed that I have been breaking sweat faster lately. However, I still feel bad that I am not losing any weight despite all the hard work. But then, happy to feel that my clothes are starting to loosen up which only means that I am losing body fats.
I still want to lose weight even if I know I am losing body fats due to extra time in working out. I beleive that lower weight on scale is better. Losing body fats is good, but the weight of bones should also lose weight for the health of my feet, specially that my work requires a lot of walking and standing.

One Undo Workout

I just did my Just Dance with 10 minutes abs workout. I broke a sweat a lot and I feel great. I will be living one undo latin dance workout dvd for this week and see if I can work double time one day for next to accomodate this one workout I wasn't able to do for this week.
I have been working a lot and yet I don't seems to be losing weight as I wanted to. I am only losing inches. The sad part is, I am still not happy with the falbs on my core which I know will be hard to remove because I am a bad eater.. haahahaha.. But I am not losing hope that someday, slowly it will be tone.

Undo Workout Schedules

I feel so lazy to do my dance workout this morning and I am glad I was able to force myself to do at least half of my dance workout plan routine for today. I was suppose to do two parts of one workout dvd and one 30 minutes Latin Dance Workout. But I only did the first 30 minutes part.
I will try my best to spend more than the workout schedule routine I did for tomorrow, and catch what I wasn't able to do for today. I will see if I can spend extra 30 minutes for my tomorrow workout. That will be exhausting, but I will try my best.

Overused Legs and Foot

I can feel my legs and foot pain due to overused. I feel like it overfatigue and needs some rest. I have been working hard to catch the lost workout routine schedule last week for this week and I feel like my body, particularly my legs and foot, to be overused.
It's frustrating because my weight still the same. I am not losing any weight and sometimes it will go up. I can't eat less because my metabolism is going fast and I feel hungry faster than usual. However, I can feel than my clothes are lose on my body which mean that I am loosing body fats which is not bad at all. But then, I still need to lose weight.

Unmatched Weight and Body Mass

I have been working hard exercising and it seems nothing is working to make me lose weight. I really need to start eating the right foods. And the easiest way is to start my 7 days vegetable diet again because this is the fastest diet to lose weight. I will see if I can buy some fruits today at the store and a chicken broth for the vegetable diet soup so I can start my diet today.
All my clothes still fits the same but the weighing scale doesn't match it so I really think it's not good at all. I need to lose extra calorie intake to match my body weight to my body mass. Perhaps, it will give me the abs and muscle contour that I have been wanting.

Running At The Gym

I started my workout week for this new year with missing days of workout. That doesn't sound good to start my new year's fitness life. However, I am glad that I was able to start running again at the gym last week which is a good start.
I am planning to make running at the gym as part of my fitness from now on. I might not run outside even on summer because the hit of the sun is not good for my skin. So I might just run at the gym at least 2 to 3 times a week, in addition to my daily workout routine.
