Step Dance Aerobics For Lower BAck Pain

I did my 45 minutes light weight step earobics exercise with extra stretching. I can't do medium weight lifting exercise because of my lower back pain. I am doing more dancing with extra stretching after.

Exercise have been a big helped with my lower back pain. I always make sure to do extra stretching after my long exercise to stretch those stiff muscles on my lower back. I will continue my regular exercise and make sure to sweat a lot everyday.

My Lower back Pain feels a lot better now but, I will set an appointment with my doctor if the pain continue until next week.
