Concentrating On My Waist Area

I have to concentrate my exercise on my core area particularly my side waist, so I will make sure to spend at least 20 minutes of ab workout 3 times a week. And then I will continue doing dancing, kickboxing and running.

I can't do anything on my wide waistline but toning it will make it look lighter and smaller. I just want to make sure that I am not wasting everything that I have started to work hard in losing weight. I started and this time, I will make it better than any of my weight loss plan.

It is better to spend my time in more worthy things that, wasting my time with nonsense things like gossiping.
