I am too lazy to do my ab workout for today because I have topick up my kids in an hour. I might just do my abb workout tomorrow after my regular dance exercise. It will be a challenge but I will try my best to do it.
Beside, I have done my dance workout in the morning and run in the evening for two consecutive days. However, I have been eating too much carbs lately which is not good since I am still trying to lose more weight. I guilty but not really!!! I am so eager to lose more weight!!!
