KickBoxing Exercise With Effort

I am still thinking which exercise DVD I will do today since it is the weekend. I am thinking of dancing with Petra Kolberg's Just Dance since it is longer and will make me sweat a lot. But I want to master the kickboxing steps so I can exert more effort everytime I do it.

I really think that kickboxing is a very good form of exercise for toning and at the same time for cardio plus it's fun. Ahhhh, I will do kickboxing today and for the whole week and I hope I can master the moves so I can just have fun exerting effort each time I do it.
