Sad And Slacked On My Diet

I was sad and frustrated, disappointed and lost, which made me slack a little bit on my diet. But I am so glad that I was able to do my daily exercise.

I am a little bit okey now, emotionally. I will try my best to watch my eating of too much carbs. I need to lose 10 lbs by summer and I hope I can make it. I need to do my outdoor run but the weather is still unfriendly to my plan...

Since I was able to claim all the workout dvd's I ordered last year, I ordered another 4 workout dvds and I am excited to receive them and start working on it..
