Comfortable With Outdoor Run

I did my 15 mins outdoor run after my 30 mins. kickboxing workout. My outdoor run is getting better and longer. Meaning I am feeling more confident and stronger. I was suppose to do 3 time run for this week but the weather is not being friendly to my fitness goal.

I feel like I am going to lose weight this summer because I am feeling comfortable running outside. I find it fun and challenging. I can already feel the speeding up of my metabolism.
