Run and Step Aero Today

I run for 10 mins after my 45 mins step aero workout.. Hooooo, I burned a lot of calories today. If the weather is good again tomorrow, I will after my kickboxing and abs workout.

I have been eating a lot for a couple of weeks, but my weight is still the same. I guess I am burning all those calories I am taking since I have never stopped working out everyday. And since I want to lose more weight, I need to add extra activities and eat less.
