Coping Up With Fitness Plan

I am so busy for two days which makes me so tired to do my fitness program for two consecutive days. Not I don't know how to do two workouts in one day to cope up with my lost time. I guess I have to do two workouts tomorrow and just adjust my abs workout up to nest week.

These is my problem everytime something will come up with my regular daily routine, it will ruin my paln for the day which messes up my plan for the next week. Ahhhh I don't want to stress myself on these and just re-schedule everything for next week.
