I have not been religously focusing on my weight loss diet but I always try my best to eat in moderation so I will not gain any weight. It's really hard to focus specially if there are so many things that is going on in your mind. But I am happy that a lot of my clothes are starting to loose. I finally place an online order for Meladerm Pigment Reducing Cream. I've seen some good improvement on the acne darkspot using the facial cream that I bought in Downtown Toronto. However, I am having some new light acne coming out on some area of my face. But it is very light that is not noticeable. I am trying my best to keep my skin clean and continue the treatment while the dried acne spot fades. I finally bought the facial cream for the dark acne spot on my face. I use to apply this about 4 years ago so I know how effective it is in removing some dark spots. I did my 45 minutes light weight step earobics exercise with extra stretching. I can't do medium weight lifting exercise because of my lower back pain. I am doing more dancing with extra stretching after. Exercise have been a big helped with my lower back pain. I always make sure to do extra stretching after my long exercise to stretch those stiff muscles on my lower back. I will continue my regular exercise and make sure to sweat a lot everyday. I felt some insecurity hearing my friends say that I gained a lot of weight since the last time they saw me. This comments made me more inspired to loose weight and I am so determine to do it. I am continuing my Fruit Cleansing Diet.
