I work overtime last night so I ended up not doing any workout, which is usual on my saturday. I wasn't able to run this morning because it was a little bit cold and raining. I hope that the weather tomorrow morning will be kind for my running. I really really want to start running for at least 15 minutes, 3 times a week so I can lose the weight that I want before summer.I know it will be hard to lose another 10 lbs. by summer, but there is no harm in trying. I am happy that I was able to do all my exercise plans for this week, religiously. However, I am not happy with my eating habits as I eat more carbohydrates specially today. I feel guilty because I didn't do my workout today. As usual, I am experiencing Saturday Laziness. I feel guilty for eating too much..
