The 9 workout DVDs that I ordered from collage video finally arrived. I tried working out first using the Belly Dance and I was really sweating like a pig in 45 minutes. I didn't even feel that I was workout out because I was having so much fun dancing and learning Belly Dancing.
Then I went out and run for 15 minutes.... Words, looks and gestures inspired me more to workout really hard... I really wanted to lose more weight but I really cannot control my love for eating. But I am happy that I was able to maintain my weight since I lost about 20 lbs.
The difference between me and this one person is that, I eat but I workout because I am not lazy.... !!!
