I did all the schedule workout routine for this week except for today because I am caught up with many things at home. But my today's workout schedule is a light 30 minutes dance workout so I will just mix it up for my tomorrow's workout schedule plus my 15 mins run.
I felt guilty for eating too much carbs again for this week so I have no guts to look at my weight on my weighing scale. I will try my best to control my carbs eating for this weekend and focus on eating veggies instead. Gzzz, my doctor's appointment will be on Wednesday.!!! It's a FAIL!!!
