Guilty To Weigh



I did all the workout dvd for the week. I still have two days to do and I will try my best to do it all. I lost few lbswhen I looked at the weighting scale last Wednesday but then I stopped looking at the scale after that because I am afraid to see that I might not lost some weight or perhaps, gained some weight... hahahahah!! It's because I have been eating more than I should.



But that's okey, I will make it up this week and make sure to continue doing my workout routine and eating less food. Still Feeling guilty to weigh myself.hahahah
