Enjoyed Maintaining Weight



I did another Simmon's 30 minutes VHS Workout and then did my 15 minutes run. I feel great even if I have not completed the workout routine schedule for this week. I think I did great even if I have skipped about 3 routine for this week.



The last time I weigh myself, about 2 days ago, my weight is still the same or perhaps I los about 1 pound and that I can consider good. Because I am still able to eat food that I want to eat in moderate amount and enjoyed all the dance workout that I am doing.
