I skipped about 2 workout routine last week because of my busy schedule. I want to make sure to complete my workout routine for this week since my workout routine for this week is quite easy ang light. I am thinking of running today after doing my 45 minutes salsa dance workout dvd. I hope to have enough energy to do it and I hope the weather will be kind to me after my dancing workout.
I ate a lot last night at work because of someone's Birthday. I feel a little bit guilty for eating too much sweets. I will try to make it up.
