I was my plan to run yesterday but gzzzzz, the weather was hot. So I just decided to follow what is on my workout routine schedule. I can only run during the weekend because that's the only time I can run early in the morning when the sun is not to high and the weather is not too hot.
I am starting to lose weight a little bit and I really hope I can lose 4 pounds before August 31 which I really think is not possible. But I will try my best. Besides, I don't want to push myself into something that is not really possible. I can only hope and wish for the best!!!
