Wieght Gain Due To Carbs


I gained 5 lbs and I need to shed this before the end of this month. This weight gained started on my first summer vacation followed by lack of exercise due to my pelvic pain and from my last travel tour vacation. I have been eating a lot of carbs which makes me gained weight.

Oh well, I am not so worry about that because I know I can focus myself on this. I have started another new workout routine to help me keep going. I just need to focus on eating less carbs and more on veggies and fruits. I will not totally eliminate carbs because my body need it, but I will make sure to eat less.
